A big big thank you to all the mums that came along today from every corner of London town, it was a fantastic success! And we are soooo excited that this is not just a one off, bring on those abs!!!!
The babies ran riot whilst us mums got sweaty!!
And we all wore trainers for what they were intended for in the first place - sport!
Then after a full on but fun work out we hung out and chatted in the sun.
And of course we could not resist the group shot.
